Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A neighbor person has assaulted( Land issues) my mother and under IPC 34*504*324 section a FIR has been registered and victim has accepted his fault.Now, how police will act upon our complaint? he has been assaulting my mother twice and lodged a complaint too
Pls guide me

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should report to the Police each time the accused repeats his physical assaults your mother as it is a criminal offense. You should escalate the matter to the Deputy Commissioner of Police for enhanced action against the accused for disobeying Police orders.
