Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

There was this plot of 720 yards which was birfucated into two. 380 yards and 320 yards. and two buildings were made on it . Ground + 2 by the builder. The flats were soled. The builder gave a common passage of 18'0 x 60'0 for the entrance and exit. But recently we got to know that our area is only 6'0 ft . and the people living at the back building . 219/1 made a wall in the open passage seperating the two plots. Now we dont have any entry or exit neither any parking. Is there any legal way we can break the wall or get it demolished ?

yes, you can file a suit in civil cout to stop that construction, or removal of constructed area...
