Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have purchased house property in Goa before 15 years. The said society containing 7 members / houses only. Currently out of 7 incl myself 3 members are there ( 1 died and two not contactable at all).

Now I want to sell my house but the conveyance Deed is not yet done by builder. The reason for the same is there are some personal issues between builder and one of the member of society.

On my part I have no dues pending everything else is clear. I have purchased property via Agreement to sell so can I sign sale deed for resell??

Pls guide me is there any way out for my problem. I am really stuck up unnecessarily.

As you have acquired the rights by agreement to sale you cannot sign the sale deed. You can sale the rights by agreement to sale only as BECHAN KHAT.also assign the rights of future documents to the buyer.
