Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I purchased plot with cash of rs 2.8 lacs in 2010. Builder had offered me a scheme under which he asked me to not to register land and after 3 and half years he will pay me the double amount. I have agreement of Sale and Power of Attorney as a documents. Now he has declined to pay me the promised amount and asking me to register the property by paying Rs 50000/- Please suggest me the legal course of action.

the agreement of sale and power of attorney are in your name?? who has the possession of the property. If he is not purchasing the property you cant force him to you can find another buyer. I will need to see the documents to give you further advice. contact 9312411481
