Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i have a question...

My tenant give me legal notice 45 days before and the time period had been passed, but due to some problem of getting the home of some rent is getting difficult for me.

The owner always try to threatened me that he sold the home and want to vacant from me asap. I had made a request to him kindly give time period till december i will vacant it but he is agree on it. Please advise what should i do..
