We got one residential property through my grand mother after her demise.she had written in her WILL that we could only enjoy the rents throughout generations but couldn't sell it.Is there any alternative that we can sell the property as we need money.

The Will needs to be scrutinised in detail. Sometimes, one word or line, which may seem insignificant, may do wonders. However, if the Will prohibit you from selling it and you derive your title only from this Will, then you can not sell it. If you can establish your title independent of her Will (say, by succession), then it will be a different story altogether.
