Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir/s,

I had purchased one property from an adopted son, the property was self required one by his mother. The sale deed has the consenting witness of his mother. Whereas the mothers sister in law daughter had filed a suit saying that she is her biological daughter and gave false evidence and the lower court gave judgement in her favour. we have filed an RFA in honourable High Court, and the court has granted us stay. Meanwhile we got the genology (family tree) of the plaintiff showing her original Biological parents. So we have filed 340 application in the interest of Justice.
