my name is kumari .my husband is died one year ago .i have two daughters ,my husband father is selling all the properties and giving money to his first son . So plese tell me the legal rights on property & how to claim in the ourt

If it is an inherited property of your father in law you have right.Apply in court for stay order on sale ,and register les pendense u/s52 over the property.
