Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir if there is a land owner who has given his land on lease to the constructor and the constructor makes appartment on it after mutual consent. He gives some flats on that land to the land owner in consiideration of land

then what all taxes would be attracted. and who is liable for tax??????

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the land is leased to the Builder, he remains responsible to incur the Property Tax and all related statutory dues for the entire duration of the lease.
