Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir if a property is purchased by a person in his wife's name, how will that get transferred in her 3 sons' name? whether it will be a partner's deed or sale deed or gift deed or something else. and what will be the charges for this transfer.

if that lady gives the property to any one of her sons whether others can claim.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The mother can write a Will on the property if she wishes the transfer of its title after her demise. In case she chooses to complete the transfer of title during her lifetime, she can do it vide a Gift Deed. The sons have the right to challenge the Will or the Gift Deed.
