Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

My father is passed away since 1.5 year ago. My mother is having her own property. We have two step brother who are never made relation with us but after leaving my father they are claiming in my mothers property. Do they have rights to claim in my mother property.

If you mother is alive no body can claim her property.women in India are the absolute owner irrespective to the source. She can dispose it anyway.
