Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Dear Sir,
I am a Govt. servant my name is Sarada Moharana I was arrested by Police & gone under Judicial Custody for a preriod of seven days in 2009 under section 354, 506 IPC than I intimate to my Higher Authority & suspended for the period of 3 months than I revoked from the suspension since than I not got the Promotion, I want to know that If my case I not decided I got the promotion or not

If u r convicted, then u will not get the promotion and wait for the debar period as pr ur service rules.
