Please advise-
1. Whether for running tent house matter supply business, any licence is required from the State Government.
2. whether for running tent house matter supply business, one is required to obtain VAT and service tax number

To any business you may require licences along with the licence you have mentioned.
To run any business you have all such documents would be required as per law and have to obey all such responsibilities along with taxes you mentioned, if you would not like to any disturbance in the business or work.
