Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

Re: My father died two years ago and left a will with my uncle as the executor. In the will a vehicle was left for me and it was in my uncle's possession. House and land was also left for family members in the will. However, he recently died in an accident in the said vehicle and the probation of the will is not completed as yet. What will now become of the proceedings and what does my family now have to do.

Thank you very much for your reply. In connection with my first question above, I am the named resedual benefeciary, do I have to apply for the Letters of Administration with Will annexed through the same lawyer doing the probation or can I change to one that I prefer to deal with.
