Inheritance from uncle

Dear Sir:

I am the next of kin in an iheritance from my uncle in Israel. The people who have contacted me in this case are dishonest. I can't even get a translation out of them. I need help and am short of cash.

Re: Inheritance from uncle

Inheritances overseas are tricky because you may need local counsel in Israel. Nonetheless, an Illinois English speaking attorney will be useful for you to understand your rights in this dispute.

There are a number of details that can affect your rights, including whether there was a valid will, how Israeli law decides next of kin, what the inheritance is, and how much

Our firm has several Hebrew speaking attorneys who can help you with translating. We can also help you find an attorney in Israel if that becomes necessary. Please feel free to give us a call to talk about the details.
