Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I made a registered will in december 2011 and divided my property between my daughter and son

I declared all my gold and cash for my daughter

And house and land for son

Now this month i sold out my land as I got fair deal so my! Question is

1. Will I need to change my will again as land already sold out but remaining all other things are same.

2. My daughter changed her first name to some other name so will it make any problem for her to get the property by this will

3. After my death will there any problem for my children to get property from will

Please help me by answer my worries of old age.

Yes you need to make new WILL as on date many changes have been made so its better to make new WILL in order to avoid future litigation.. if you have any query in regards do mail me at [email protected]

A Will to be valid need not be registered. The Will can be revised as many times as the Testator of the Will chooses. You will have to make a fresh Will signed by two witnesses based on the latest actual facts.
