Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

On what reasons my daughter and her husband can be removed from the occupation of the ground floor of the house owned by her father in law on the conspiracy of the boy's step mother (2nd wife of father in law). The step mother is aged while got married 8 years ago and has no children. What should my daughter and her husband do to stay put in the house being the only son of his father which is of course father's self acquired property. Though the house is in the single name of the father, partly it is from the proceeds of his family's ancestral house and contribution from the deceased wife and her parents.

the son can file a suit for partition if the property has been bought from the proceeds of the family ancestors. But you must have evidence and witness to the effect.for further query contact 9312411481.
