Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hello Sir,

We had formed a religious trust (INDIA)6 years ago. I am one of the trustees out 5 with one settler. Now we are hardly 2 people left carrying out our activities while other 4 are either moved geographically or not cooperative at least to sign the simple documents.

We 2 want to carry it further, can you please tell me how to bring in new trustees without having to ask consent for the 4 people scattered at different places? They are not cooperative to sign on the board's resolution. Kindly advise.
