finding a copy of a filed bankruptcy

Where can I get a copy of a bankruptcy filed in 1990. The person filed either in AL. or TN.. I live in Alabama and need a copy for a court case.

You will need the person's name and social security number. If you have the address of the person when (s)he filed, you would look in the bankruptcy court nearest to that address. Otherwise, you will have to send an inquiry to each bankruptcy court in Alabama and Tennessee.
