How many days before a mortgage company foreclosing on your house? and if you had a direct draft from your saving account for a mortgage payment, how many days do you have to pay the check?

I am not clear on your Qs. Is your mortgage being paid by automatic drafts against a savings account?? if so, was the account insufficient to cover a draft and that resulted in your default??

You should immediately contact a local debtors attorney as you most likely are under a very very short deadline to correct this or otherwise take steps to protect your rights under the mortgage agreement.
