Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
I live in Florida and a few month ago i took out a loan on my vehicle over $1800 and the payback was $2250 , for this i went to Alabama. Since then i have made 3 monthly payments of $450 but i noticed now that the monthly payment does not get applied to the loan but is a monthly finance charge. Now i feel that a monthly charge of $450 seems a bit high and wonder if thats legal.

That depends on the term of the loan and the choice of law clause in the contract. What does the contract say?
