Adopted childs' birth Mother

Rox was adopted by her birth mothers' parents when she was a child. Rox has an infant daughter, she was not married to the babys Father although he is named as the father on the childs birth certificate, the babbys father has custody of the child. This is my question: Does Rox's birth Mother have any legal rights to Rox's baby even though she legally let Rox be adopted?

I would not think that she would have any rights concerning the child. You should directly consult with an attorney in your area.
