Re: need advice please help

You will need to take to an attorney for advice. Contempt of court can result in your imprisonment until you purge yourself of contempt and loss of custody of the child. The fact you are in another state doesn't place you out of the court's reach. If you are concerned that there is an appearance of partiality by the judge because of the grandmother's relationship to the court, you can ask the judge to excuse (recuse) him or herself. A judge who has no relationship with the grandmother will then hear the case.
