Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I can't afford to much of any kind of legal help that involves a lawyer. I jusst need the correct papers to start the process of at least visitation, possibly full custody. My son lives in Montgomery, Alabama. I live in Federal Way, WA. I will be representing or acting on my own behalf. I just need someone to point me in the right direction, a kinda mentor in getting my son back in my life. Is there anyone that can help me I'm a fast learner. When I start something I really need to come correctly, no mistakes. I have got my end I just need some guidance, so when I walk back in that Al, courthouse, I don't plan on loosing, I bleive that with all my heart!!!!

You need to save some money and hire an attorney. What does the order say now? What is the nature of your visitation? How long have you been out of the child's life? Have you made support payments? Have you supported the child emotionally or in any other way? Have your parental rights been terminated? There is a lot to do here.

You must petition the court to ask for the visitation that you want. Good luck
