Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

im in a custdy battle with my parents. the first time we went to court it was ordered that i get my daughter every other week sunday to sunday. i moved to hayneville and while i was there the had their laywer change when i can get my daughter. they said if i moved in with someone they approve of i could get her every other week again but im still not. they did all this without the judge knowing about it. my question is can the laywer change a court order without the judge knowing about the change or consenting to any changes made by the lawyers?

all court ordered visitation can only be changed by another court order. A lawyer can not make the changes.
