Re: father's rights

If you have been determined to be the father by court order, then you need to file a motion with the court for visitation. If you have court ordered visitation and she is not following the court order, then you can file a motion to hold her in contempt of court. You should speak with an attorney in the area where the mother and child live. If it is the Mobile area, you can call me at 1-800-297-1703 if you wish to discuss your situation further.
