Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

filed for divorce 10 months ago. Syaye of Alabama. Husband contesting. Still have not been able to get husband and his lawyer to meet and discuss anything. How long can they drag this out? Should I hire another attorney?

Ten months is a long time. Why hasn't it gone to trial? You don't need to meet and discuss, you need to try the divorce.
