Fraud
In my divorce I was given one of our charge cards my now x wife ran my bill up $6000 I had to file bankruphcy and I put the card in it. Can I get her for fraud or can any charges be brought against her? She did this after the card was relinquished to me in the divorce!

If drafted properly, your divorce settlement agreement should have a clause pertaining to this type of situation. Typically she would be responsible for those types of charges, if not then she would be in contempt of court to the agreement.
