Can a grandparent petition for everyother weekend and holiday visitation if I already allow her to see her grandchild on other days because we are Jehovahs witnesses and we dont celebrate the holidays but the grandparent does

The only way a grandparent can get any visitation is under a statute that allows the grandparent to show that the visitation is necessary to the mental welfare of the child. This must be shown by clear and convincing evidence. There are really no such thing as "grandparents rights"
