Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I am married and my husband has recently ordered to not be around my daughter in a temporary order (due to his criminal background but nothing in which he ever harmed a child). What are the chances that will be incorporated into the Final Decree and is there anything we can do to avoid that?

The changes of it being incorporated into the final decree are excellent. You had better be able to put on some evidence that shows that he is not a danger to the child and is not a person who the child should avoid. Good luck
