Does an unmarried father not have rights to his kids even though he is the primary caretaker of them and they lives with him and can the biological mother come and just take thm at any time and tell him he cant see his kids.

He has no legal rights unless a paternity test has been taken and he has been ajudicated by a court to be the legal father. Why probably has not occurred. Thus, the father needs to go to circuit court and file a petition for paternity and custody and in the mean time while awaiting the test, request custody pendente lite.
