Legal Question

US Citizen married to illegal immigrant needs help/advice.

I am a US Citizen and am married to an illegal immigrant for almost 2 years now. Is it possible he could adjust his status without problems? I desperatley want to fix his situation without disrupting our happy life together. Any advice or info is much appreciated.
