not at fault accident with no insurance

my 16 year old son was involved in an auto accident, he was driving, makeing a left turn, and was hit by another car, my sons auto was already in drive way and was in in back part of auto and turned completely around and hit in a utility pole, off the road, the police report reads the car that hit my son had 65 1/2 feet of skid marks, the other driver only has liabilty insurance, we thought we had full coverage, but when claim was filed our insurance company said our coverage had been cancelled for non-payment, and the other drivers insurance denined claim, said their insured was not at fault, what can we do now.

You can file a suit against the other driver and the insurance company must defend the claim. It is important, however, that your son definitely not be at fault. If you would like more information, please contact my office.
