security deposit
We moved from a house when we saw it in a realtors book for sell.
We didn't give notice because our landlord had not informed us of his new address or phone number and he moved out if town. We pay our rent at his job but when we would go by he was never there. We moved before the next months rent was due and everything was cleaned before we left.Shouldn't we be able to get our deposit back even though we didn't give notice?
