been a beneficiary
a person dies that a beneficiary . of her brother he dies but he have a will that saids all of his assets goes to his silings .since the beneficiary was his sister she is dead does she kids become the beneficiary or the will be inforce,

I believe your question is "if a beneficiary under a will dies before the testator, do the beneficiary's offspring inherit the beneficiary's share?"
If that is your question, the answer is "it depends". If you can get a copy of the will, any lawyer can answer your question for you. Without the specific language though, any answer you get will be along the lines of "maybe/maybe not."
