While he is alive the will is personal to him and no one else has a right to see it. When he dies the will is normally brought out of safekeeping by a family member or loved one. Once the will is admitted to probate anyone can see it. The Probate Court is the county of his residence would have it on file if it has been admitted to probate. If your father has died and his will has not yet been admitted to probate, you may compel its production by hiring a local attorney to work for you. Contact the local bar association to find a lawyer who is qualified to act on your behalf.
