Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My father is deceased and divorced, the x-wife wants to refinance the estate. Does she need my consent to do so? Will it remove any rights that I might have to my fathers estate?

This will require a good bit more data before anyone can hazard an answer. Did he have a will or trust? Was it valid? Was there a pre-nup, how is the property titled and so on. You might need to meet with an attorney in order to review all the facts in order to get a reliable answer.
