Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

iam a third share heir of some real estate land. the other 2 shares are trying to force me to sale and said they would get an attorney to force me to sale. can they do that? It is prime commercial property.

Yes they can. It is called Partition of Real Estate.
