Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

Money in a left in a Will

I was left 40% of a bank account after the death of my fiancee, half of a house in Nevada; but cannot sign for the house because the next of kin have to sign for that and we split the profits. Can I go to that bank and get my money with an attorney? Also there was a life insurance policy left to me, but I don't have the death cerficate or the original document to collect that. I do have a copy of the will. The son use to live overseas and was suppose to leave for the u.s. back in March but was kipnapped. Can I collect from the bank or the life Insurance without the son being present?
