Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

Will
My Mother has a will, in it Item Three states that she gives and bequeathes the sum of $1,000 each to 5 people (I won't the give names) Fourth item bequeaths all her photos to--name removed--
The next Item Five: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property,real, personal and mixed that I own or have interest in at the time of my death, I direct my executors to sell and distribute the proceeds therefrom as follows:
(to certain persons etc. )

My question : Does the above Item Five as written and stated , pertain to her bank accounts? does she have to specifically have it written in that Item Five regarding her cash on hand, checking, savings etc ?

Unless her bank accounts are listed as TOD or POD or have a JT designation, then yes, they are included in the paragraph.
