Minor travel from Argentina to California
Divorced mother wants to bring son from her mother's home in Argentina to California. Exhusband must sign a note/form of agreement? Does note/form neet to be notarized in California and Argentina for parients signatures?

Contact the US embassy to determine what is required to bring the child to the US and Argentina agency that issues passports. Then you will know what is required to accomplish this.
