Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Argentina

relinquishing resposibility

My family has property in Argentina. My name and my

sister's is on the house (as well as my dad's), but since

we live here we want to have the house only be under

my dad's name, so he can go there to sell it by himself,

without my sister and I having to be there. What

procedures and what paper work do we need to do in

order to do this?

Any and all procedures would need to be governed by, and comply with, the laws of Argentina, NOT the United States, so I cannot help you, nor can any attorney who has not practiced in or is familiar with the laws of Argentina.
