Legal Question in Administrative Law in Arizona

Verbal Contract

Is there a verbal law in Arizona that concerns permission to install such as a fish pond, plant shrubry, ok to move into a mobile home park, have a hot tub.

Have been looking in the A.R.S. but have found nothing so far on Verbal Contract.all I want is where to find this.

There is no verbal law. It is all written. If it is not in the AZ Revised Statutes it may be in administrative rules and regulations.

There is also federal law to be concerned about.

You may be governed by rules and regulations of a mobile home park which are not law and not published, but which must be followed, if reasonable, in order to reside there.
