questions concerning bankruptcy fraud

1. do all credit cards in one's possession have to be disclosed in the br petition

2. Is it legal to contact an br attorney, quit paying debts, continue charging on credit cards, and then one year later file your petition?

3. Is it legal to continue charging on credit cards not disclosed in petition throughout the br period

4. Is it legal for an individual to use credit cards in two different names.

5. Is it legal for an attorney to say no credit cards exist in a certain name when in fact they do exist?

I would really appreciate answers to these questions. Thank you very much

1. All that have balances owed. 2. No, you must cease all charges or it can be construed as fraud. 3. Only if they have zero balances when you file. 4. As long as the card is issued to that person in that name and it is not being used fraudulently. 5. An attorney representing a debtor in bankruptcy utilizes the information provided by the debtor.
