Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona

4th Amendment violations

I do not yet have access to LEXIS or some of the other research tools, but I must know which format would be the most successful in yielding search results from a hypothetical arrest arising from a non-consensual search of a minority female's purse where marijuana was found and a challenge ensued on a theory of violation of rights. What would would the successful search nomenclature look like?

Your best bet is to call up LEXIS and ask!

They have staff who do nothing but answer query questions! They will run the search for you, give you an idea of what the result set looks like and help you make it more meaningful.
