Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

Leasing A credit card terminal

I leased a at home credit processing software for a business. My business didn't pan out, but I signed a 4 year contract that I'm unable to pay. I am now being sued for the whole amount. How much trouble am I in? Can I be Arrested? Can they garnish my wages? I'm not trying to avoid this bill, I'm simply broke. Any advice would be greatly apprechiated. I know in court they will win, but then what for me, will I go to jail?

You will not be arrested for this debt. This is a contract dispute, which if the terms of the contract provide, will include attorneys fees and costs of litigation. If you would like a free 1/2 hour consultation, please contact us.
