Your pretrial services officers job is to ensure that you are complying with the release conditions as mandated by the Court. This can include contacting your family members, your work, or even your ex-husband if necessary to make sure you are living where you are suppose to, you are working where you are suppose to and when, and you are not contacting certain individuals or engaging in certain conduct that your shouldnt. Your pretrial services officer is required to inform the court regarding the status of your compliance or lack thereof. Additionally, when appropriate your pretrial services officer will make recommendations to the Court about issues such as remanding your release conditions if you have been in violation.
