Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I cashed a check for a certain amount and the check casher gave me more then what my check was. I didn't realise it unitil I walked out. Is it a crime to keep the money?

Yes, a theft is taking property that belongs to someone else with the intent to deprive that person of the property.
