Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I Got caught shoplifting the item was $48. I'm being charged with shoplifting concealment and shoplifting removal. This is my first time and I have never been in trouble before. What type of punishment am I looking at?

In all likelihood, you are looking at a term of unsupervised probation and restitution. Subsequent offenses would carry much stiffer penalties, regardless of the value of the property taken.
