Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Dui
i was charged with a dui of .08 or more and involved in an accident not with another vehicle, they took my blood and fingerprinted me, but forgot to have me sign the ticket with my charges along with my court date. will this hold up in court in arizona?

If service of the ticket/citation is deemed invalid by the court, the prosecution can always dismiss and refile the case by sending you a summons or issuing a warrant for your arrest.
